After submitting your inquiry, our team will carefully review the details. Following the review, you will receive a follow-up email to confirm your final design preference. Once both parties reach an agreement, and a booking down payment is made, your order will be added to our custom waitlist.

Approximately 2-4 weeks before the scheduled start date for custom pieces, you will be invoiced for 50% of the total cost. Since all our jewelry is crafted by Xeno himself, delivery times may vary.
