After completing the inspection stage, it is imperative to capture photographs of every purchase. Each piece of jewelry is meticulously arranged in a specially designed box. Subsequently, an email is dispatched to the purchaser, containing details for verifying shipment dates and a tracking code.

Our commitment to delivering superior products is underscored by a rigorous quality-check process. Each jewelry piece undergoes thorough inspections to ensure it meets our high standards of craftsmanship and quality before being dispatched. This meticulous attention to detail reflects our dedication to providing carefully crafted, premium products to our valued customers.

While we proudly offer international shipping, we acknowledge that some locations may pose challenges for complete fulfillment. If you find yourself in such a location, kindly notify us directly so we can work towards implementing delivery to your specific area.

Rest assured, all associated costs have been meticulously calculated based on the package's weight and destination.

Given that our items are crafted on a made-to-order basis, you will receive a comprehensive update email once your item has been shipped. This email will include a link and delivery code, allowing you to easily track the location and estimated timeframe of your purchase.

Upon the expected arrival of your order, we will send a confirmation email along with a review prompt to ensure your satisfaction with the customized delivery experience. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey for our customers.

To minimize the need for maintenance, we're crafting a cleaning kit for purchase. In the interim, here are some pointers to preserve the allure and durability of your jewelry:

DIY Jewelry Cleaning Method:

Ingredients: Baking soda, toothbrush, aluminum foil, drying cloth, hot tap water or boiling water.

Steps:

  1. Line the inside of a bowl with aluminum foil, ensuring it reaches the edges.
  2. Sprinkle two tablespoons of baking soda into the bowl and place the jewelry on top.
  3. Cover the jewelry with another two tablespoons of baking soda.
  4. Pour boiling water into the bowl and gently stir without disturbing the jewelry.
  5. Once the water cools, lightly scrub the jewelry and rinse.
  6. Use a paper towel to dry the jewelry and prevent watermarks.

Voila! Your jewelry should gleam like new.

For optimal results, utilize a microfiber cloth with jewelry polish. If baking soda is unavailable, dishwashing fluid can serve as a substitute.

8. Terms of Service

As Xeno Jewelry offers exclusive items, all sales are considered final. Kindly ensure the accuracy of your selected product size, shipping address, and billing address during the submission process, as these details cannot be modified or altered once confirmed. Unfortunately, stock is unavailable for size corrections or exchanges. Please note that all sales are definitive, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Xeno Jewelry works diligently toward tailored protocols to address potential disruption in production or any adverse impact on shipments, particularly during severe weather conditions, ensuring the continuity of operations at Xeno Jewelry.

12. Returns and Exchanges

Before shipping, all products undergo documentation (photography) to ensure a standard of quality. A thorough check is conducted to identify any defective or damaged items, given that each product is crafted upon order. While all sales are considered final, we do provide replacements in specific circumstances 

Conditions for replacement:

  1. The original packaging must be undamaged. 
  2. Jewelry should exhibit major defects upon opening.
  3. Clear photos indicating damage with no wear and tear must be emailed.
  4. Any issues must be reported 1 to 2 after arrival.

All intellectual property, including logos, images, ect.., may only be utilized with the explicit permission of Xeno Jewelry or authorized personnel. Reproduction or distribution of content is strictly limited to Xeno Jewelry, and any unauthorized imitation or use is prohibited.

We Accept all payment methods featured on our website for upcoming billing enhancement. We encourage the community to express any suggested modifications.

Promotions, gift cards, and discount codes will be furnished. Expiry dates or usage restrictions for promotional items will be clearly outlined in the corresponding email or document.

Email records are stored on Shopify and undergo monthly reviews for cleaning purposes, aiming to minimize spam and prevent unnecessary email deliveries.

Presently, the implementation of incident reports is not fully underway due to the limited size of our team. Upon the extension of employment offers, a comprehensive incident report will be subjected to review, including an assessment of insurance coverage and the introduction of updated policies and procedures for adherence.
